The second in what's shaping up to be a great series of split zines, Policymaker's second issue joins forces with the poet Timothy Berrigan. On the A-side, Berrigan reworks and reinterprets the lyrics from Television's Marquee Moon, creating new rhythms and potential meanings. 

On the B-side, Michael T. Fournier makes a mini memoir out of the volume of his voice. Learning to skateboard in the country, the importance of summer camp, the caution that develops out of early bullying, pizza parties.
