One of the longest running zines around, Fluke, collects their first two years of issues and allows us to time travel back to 1991 and 1992. Through it, we get a peek into the state of punk from the perspective of some kids in Little Rock, Arkansas. They interview Fugazi, Lungfish, Plaid Retina, pack in a ton of rad fliers, and give us some reflections from today.
